With this new edition of the Master in Archiving, we want to cover the specific training gap that exists in the face of a growing market demand, as well as by the Public Administrations, as well as by the companies, which increasingly need specialists in the management of your documents and files. Information is an asset for the functioning of organizations, which use it in the form of documents necessary for management, business, decision making ...

For all this, in a global and increasingly competitive world, document management is A critical aspect for the functioning of organizations.

In addition, Information and Communications Technologies have focused on our professional activity, since the creation and use of electronic documents and the preservation of future digital documentary heritage depend on the incorporation of archival requirements in technological platforms. and in the information systems they generate.

That is why the Electronic Administration has decidedly incorporated the archival function in its design, and the business world has done the same through the ISO standards on document management.

A world of needs that reinforces the traditional mission of archives in relation to Historical Heritage and research, expanded through an active presence in the environment of cultural and content industries.

These are broadly the reasons why the valuation of documents and archives by companies and public bodies is changing, which is materialized in a robust labor market and in a new space of archives in the Knowledge Society.

With the intention of meeting these expectations, we have launched a new edition of the Master, which will be taught by prestigious professionals, researchers and university professors of relevance in their areas of knowledge.

We are convinced that the curriculum, which combines theory with practice, will allow students to acquire complete training that enables them to successfully meet the demands of the labor market. And so that everyone can choose the way to follow it best suited to their needs, it is now possible to study it in a traditional way (with class attendance) or at a distance.

El Máster en Archivística is a degree that has a high national and international prestige, backed by the success of the many students who have obtained it since the first edition of the 2000/2001 course.

¡Sign up for the challenge of our Master and wash yourself a professional future with a wide horizon!
