WELCOME WEEK

The welcome events for new CONEX-Plus researchers are a perfect occasion to meet the rest of the CONEX family and get an overview of the programme as well as the UC3M culture.

*** Due to the situation arising from COVID-19, the welcome event will be held in hybrid format (*on-campus*** and on-line) and information days will be held on-line.

WELCOME SESSION
Date and time: 27 May 2021 at 11 am (Spanish time).

Mode: Hybrid (on-campus and online).

Salón de Grados del Campus UC3M Leganés*. Attendance must be confirmed before 24 May.

- Welcome speech by the Vice-Chancellor for Science Policy Mr. Juan José Vaquero López.
- Welcome address by the Vice-Rector for Research and Transfer Mr. Carlos Blanco Bermejo.
- Speech by colleagues from the previous CONEX programme.

- Presentation Welcome Buddies.
*Hygiene and security measures will be taken. All those attending in person must wear masks at all times and maintain interpersonal distance. Seating capacity will be limited, researchers must attend unaccompanied, except in cases of force majeure.
