Executive Board

Executive Board (art. 42)

The Executive Board comprises the Chancellor, the Vice-Presidents, the General Counsel and the Head of Administration and Finance, who assist the Board in carrying out the University’s policies and programs. The President may invite the assistant Vice to join in the sessions held by the Executive Board where these posts exist, along with the heads of any other university body when addressing matters within their specific competence.
