- The UC3M undergraduate student offices inform, advise and assist students in all matters related to their academic transcripts and university procedures.
- Each student has a personal manager in his/her degree program who will help and advise him/her with the necessary procedures during his/her time at the university.
The Undergraduate Student Offices will generally be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and two afternoons per week (see specific information for each center).
