El Presupuesto de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid para el año 2018 fue presentado y aprobado en la sesión celebrada por el Consejo Social el 20 de Diciembre del 2017 y por el Consejo de Gobierno en su sesión del 14 de Diciembre del 2017, en los términos que figuran en el presente documento.

All applications for budgetary changes will be processed through the Programming and Budgetary Service. To this end, the head of the applicant Centre will submit a written proposal outlining reasons for the change, the purposes and/or activities which will be affected and their consequences and effects on University activity.
Applications for credit transfer in respect of contracted teaching staff are exempted  (these should not affect more than five percent of the budget distributed to the Department for teachers' salaries),   as are other current  expenditure credits  which have been approved in a meeting of the  Management Committee on 8-2-94, and which should be requested by University Departments through the Human Resources Unit, which shall notify the Programming and Budgets Unit in order to carry out the appropriate amendment.
