- June 22: Master's degrees in the area of Engineering and Basic Sciences (Group 1)
- June 23: Master's degrees in the area of Engineering and Basic Sciences (Group 2)
- June 24: Master's degrees in the area of Humanities and Communication
- June 26: Master's degrees in the areas of Business and Economics and Political Science

Access
Doors will open at 7:30 p.m.
Students participating in the Graduation Ceremony must arrive one hour before the start of the event. Upon entry, staff will verify their identity and direct them to their assigned seats.
Five minutes before the start of the event, they must be in their assigned place and stand at the entrance of the academic authorities.
The facilities are adapted for people with specific needs; however, if you find yourself in this situation, please inform the Student Office on your Campus.

Two invitations will be given per student.

If, after confirming your attendance, you are unable to attend, please inform the Student Office on your Campus as soon as possible.
Parking
Parking available until full capacity:
- Auditorium Parking: access via Carlos III Street, 15. Leganés Campus.
Open until 11:00 PM.
Recommendations for protecting yourself against the effects of heat
Drink water frequently, even if you don't feel thirsty; your body needs it to stay hydrated. It will be offered to attendees during the celebration.
Avoid sugary drinks, coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages.
Wear light clothing made of natural fabrics and in light colors. You'll find paper fans on the seats to help you cool down.
Remember that the population most vulnerable to the effects of extreme temperatures are people with cardiovascular and respiratory problems, other chronically ill people, the elderly, and children.
Action to take in case of a medical emergency during the event:
During the graduation ceremonies, the Medical Center in the Sabatini building will be open to provide care to staff attending the event. A mobile healthcare unit will be available on the Colmenarejo campus.
In case of accident or illness: NOTIFY THE ORGANIZING STAFF so that they can contact the medical personnel and follow their instructions.
