In relation to the demand for university courses, for every 100 places offered, 163 applications were received. In addition, the UC3M’s attractiveness to students from other autonomous communities and other countries is evident from the fact that more than 45 percent of the students admitted come from outside Madrid.

The courses with the highest minimum grade in the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences were the Double Degree in International Studies-Law (13.525) and in International Studies and Business Administration (13.339). In the Faculty of Humanities, Communications and Documentation, they were the Double Degree in Journalism and Audiovisual Communications (11.965) and the Open Degree in Social Sciences and Humanities (11.829).
