UC3M participates in the United Nations Academic Impact project

Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) now forms part of the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) initiative. This global project targets collaboration among institutes of higher education to promote the Organization’s purposes and mandate through activities and research within the framework of a shared culture of social commitment

As a new member of the network, UC3M commits to undertaking a new activity each year to actively address at least one of the ten basic principles of the Academic Impact initiative, such as commitment to the United Nations Charter principles, human rights, education for all, advancing peace, the fight against poverty, sustainability, and intercultural dialogue, among others.   

This world-wide web of higher learning and research institutions has more than 1,000 members in 120 countries.
