The Department Director is the sole governing body of the Department, coordinates the activities of it's own, running their agreements, holds its representation and directs the activities of administrative staff and services within the Department. Also exercise such powers may be delegated by the Board of Department, without being possible permanent delegations. They are appointed by the Governing Council on the proposal of the Department.
