Complaint against no admission

When can I complain?

You must complain against no admission in the case that you haven't obtained a place for administrative causes.

Important: This process isn't centralized, so you must complain in each university where you pretend obtain a place.

Before you complain, it's recommendable that you check if you have the neccesary score to access to the degree. Remember that you could have a different admission score for each degree that you've requested.

 

Complaints deadline

Students who applied in the first call: July 12th to July 16th

Students who applied in the second call: September 5th and 6th.

 

Documentation to deliver

If you provided the necessary documentation in your UC3M pre-enrollment, you haven't deliver the documentation again now. Only in this case, you can send your filled complaint by email to admision.grado@uc3m.es.

If you didn't sent the documentation or you sent in other university or you want provide more documentation, you must deliver, joined the complaint request, in any Campus Information Point (before the deadline) or by mail to:

You must provide your DNI, NIE or passport, your access marks (university entrance exams marks, professional training academic record or university academic record). If you opt to special reserve place, you must deliver the certificate (disability or high-level or high-performance athlete) too.

Whole documentation must be certified (you can provide a copy in the university showing the original), except DNI that it's admitted a simple copy.

 

Complaints resolution

The complaints will resolve according to order of receipt. The result will be notified by phone and email.

If your complaint is accepted, you must enroll in the indicated dates. If you don't enroll in this dates, your place could be assigned to other student.
