Documents delivery in UC3M

Delivery of documents in UC3M

If you have been informed that you must provide the necessary documentation for your pre-registration at the UC3M, we will provide you with the following information.

Remember to send or give us too the pdf file that you get recording your application and a copy of your ID.

 

Delivery at the university

If you want to come and bring it to the university, you can go to any of the Campus Information Points from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In that case you can bring a copy and the original of the documents for checking.

Shipping by postal mail

If you want to send the documents by mail, you should direct the shipment to this address. We recommend using certified mail. Remember that it is imperative that the documentation is certified (except the DNI, which we accept a simple copy, or the receipt of the UNED Accreditation).

Electronic submission of documentation with digital signature

Only if the documents of your qualifications are signed with digital signature (with a code at the bottom or on the side that allows electronic verification), you can send them electronically. It's the fastest way to send us your documentation. You must keep in mind that:

  • You can use this option only if you have been indicated in the pre-registration receipt that you must send your documents to UC3M
  • You must send the pdf document with your grades as you have obtained it from the website of the university where you did the exams
  • You can send the ID document (DNI, NIE or Passport) scanned or photographed.
  • You must also send the receipt that we have sent you by email when recording your pre-registration.

When we have assessed the documentation that you have sent, you will receive an informative email.

 

Students who apply for admission with the UNED Accreditation

If you are applying for a place with the UNED Accreditation, you must send us the receipt that you provide ("document without validity") and your identity document electronically, as indicated in the previous point.
