Con este taller aprenderás a conocer mejor tu personalidad, aceptarla y desarrollarla plenamente.

Modalidad: presencial (si la situación no lo permite se continuaría on-line)

Duración: 1 sesión de 2 horas y media más la realización de un test de personalidad online los días anteriores al taller

    Mostrar las consecuencias comportamentales de la personalidad

    Que el alumnado acepte su personalidad y se desarrolle plenamente

    Methodology

    • 1 session and an online personality test to be undertaken in the days leading up to the course.

    Objectives

    • To learn the biological basics of personality
    • To learn about the Big Five personality models
    • To demonstrate the behavioural consequences of personality
    • To modify the current interpretation of human nature
    • For the students to get to know their personalities
    • For the students to accept their personalities and develop them to the fullest

    • The Big Five models
    • Behavioural consequences of personality
    • Towards a new paradigm of understanding the human being
