Master's Thesis rules

Organization rules of the Master's Thesis in the School of Graduate Studies




For those students who have not enrolled in the Thesis module at the beginning of the academic year at the same time as the rest of their subjects, in accordance with the schedule of their enrollment session, they will be required to enroll in the module:

  • February: Enrollment deadline 15 November. For students who have completed all their credits with only the thesis outstanding.
  • July: Enrollment deadline 30 May.
  • September: Enrollment deadline 30 June.


Enrollment sessions, dates and the panel

  • Application submission: To apply during whichever session at least 20 days in advance, it is mandatory for students to submit an authorization form, duly filled in and signed by their academic supervisor, at the School of Graduate Studies Information Desk (office 3.0.B06 Rey Pastor (Library)).
    There is one session for the Master's Thesis each academic year and you may only present and defend your project on one of the dates, provided that you are correctly enrolled and that you have obtained the rest of the credits.
  • A report from their academic supervisor for the panel on the appropriateness of their presentation and defense.
