Procedure to recognize workers who are at high risk

The University Medical Service will be responsible for assessing the presence of University personnel especially at risk according to the instructions set out in the identification and assessment of necessary preventative measures for persons vulnerable to COVID-19 at UC3M.

Persons who are at special risk in accordance to that established in the section "Affected groups", must notify the Medical Service about their risk situation through this electronic form.

When any changes occur in the scientific evidence available, in the work conditions, or in the prevention measures, which make sick leave no longer necessary, the Occupational Health and Safety Service, together with the University Medical Service, will reevaluate the sick leave report that could be impacted with the new criteria and information, and will send the result through the same procedure to the Primary Care Services.
