UC3M consolidates its lead in the El Mundo Ranking
12 University degrees among the best in Spain

12 Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) degrees appear in the new edition of the 50 DEGREES ranking published by the newspaper El Mundo, which includes the 50 most sought-after degrees among students and the five best Spanish universities where they are taught. UC3M has a prominent position with a majority presence in the different categories of the ranking.
Three UC3M degrees are ranked among the best in Spain: the degree in Business Administration, the degree in Finance and Accounting and the double degree in Law and Business Administration. On the other hand, four of the University's degrees rank second nationally: the degree in Law, the degree in Economics, the degree in International Studies and the degree in Labour Relations.
The degrees in Audiovisual Communication and Electrical Engineering are in third place. In fourth place, there are two engineering degrees: Computer Science and Telecommunications Technology Engineering. UC3M's Industrial Technologies Engineering degree is in fifth place.
This edition of the ranking is the result of the analysis of 27 selection criteria, the opinion of teachers and other indicators such as internationalisation and ANECA reports, among others. On this basis, a ranking is established which takes into account the number of degrees ranked in the top five positions.
UC3M ranks in 5th position among Spanish universities, despite the fact that only some of its degrees can compete in this ranking, as it doesn't offer all the degrees that are evaluated and other degrees that are taught at the University aren't among the most in-demand in Spain.
UC3M is a Spanish public university that excels in research, teaching and innovation. It is among the best European universities in terms of performance, according to the latest edition of the World University Rankings (QS) and among the 136 best universities in the world in terms of employability according to the Global University Employability Ranking and Survey (GEURS). It also has numerous accreditations and quality awards, such as the EUR-ACE seal in the field of engineering and the AACSB accreditation in business and finance programmes, among others.
