One of the innovations now underway at the University is the ALOJA program, a software application managed by UC3m, where you can get quick and easy information about rental properties, mainly in the three campus towns, where property owners list their flats or rooms to rent.
The Carlos III University of Madrid and the Sociedad Pública de Alquiler have signed an agreement to supply and help the University community members find accommodation (to rent / to be rented). Through this agreement, all the University community enjoys special conditions to access to accommodation which can be consulted in our Information Centres for Students in our 3 campuses.
