RESEARCH FIELDS - His research interests focus on the evolution, innovation and impact of organizational control systems and the aspects about organizational design and people management in knowledge-intensive companies. Its current projects include the study of cooperation networks between knowledge-intensive companies and the analysis of control systems development in science-based companies.
