Being the newest of the residence halls, it has benefited from experience and its numerous amenities and services are unequalled.

This centre has 200 rooms with 100 doubles and 100 singles, six of which are equipped for the physically challenged.

Each of the rooms has an individual bath and the double rooms have one and a half baths. There is also a living room area with a sofa and coffee table for studying or relaxing.

The rooms in both the halls are furnished with 90 x 190cm beds with flexible wood slat support, custom built furniture: closets, drawers, bookshelves, desks and chairs as well as the necessary accessories. This is designed in two totally separate living spaces to provide room for living and studying while offering maximum intimacy and comfort.
Other features include a magnetic card security locking system, individually controlled heating and air-conditioning, telephone, voice mail, TV antenna and internet connection.

The rooms are bright and comfortable and are furnished with all the necessary touches to provide ideal living accommodations while studying or carrying out research.
