The teaching staff of the MEDEG is composed by prestigious academics with high research profile and long experience in teaching, both at undergraduate and graduate levels. Senior staff is actively involved in teaching at the MEDEG, provides intellectual leadership and promotes excellence.

The teaching staff of the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid is formed by instructors from the Departments of Economics and Economic History, as well as by scholars from other Spanish universities and economists from institutions such as the Banco de España. The department of Economics is ranked among the ten best European departments in its field and the Department of Economic History is the European sixth in its field.

The teaching staff of the University of Warwick is formed by instructors from the Department of Economics. The Department of Economics is ranked among the best five departments in Economics in Europe and it is also a leading Department in Economic History.

The teaching staff of the Lund University is formed by instructors from the Department of Economic History and two centres of research excellence, that have been awarded Linné Grants by the Swedish Council for Research: the Centre of Economic Demography; and the Centre for Innovation, Research and Competence in the Learning Economy (CIRCLE).

  • First deadline: 30th of November 2011 for students from Third Countries
  • Second deadline: 15 of January 2012 for students from European countries

Students who apply only for admission to the Master and do not want to apply to Erasmus Mundus scholarships, can apply at any time before 30th of June, 2012
