Official Programs
Carlos III University of Madrid offer University Master and PhD Programs adapted to the structure of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
The University Master programs and Ph programs have full official recognition and validation.
The ultimate aim of the University Master is for the student to acquire an advanced education oriented toward academic or professional specialisation, or toward promoting a start in scholarly research.
The Master programmes are 1 or 2 years and between 60 and 120 ECTS.
There are professional, academic and research Master programs.
Once the Master program has been completed, you obtain a University Master Degree.
The PhD includes a research period (3 or 4 years) which includes writing and presenting a doctoral thesis, consisting of an original research study. It may additionally include courses, seminars or other activities oriented toward research training.
Upon completing the PhD programme, you obtain a PhD Degree.
Carlos III Courses
These programs are oriented toward advanced education and professional specialisation which facilitate our students’ success in the labour market as well as the advancement or reorientation of their professional careers.
These programs are approved by the University. Before their approval, they are presented to the University Community in order to undergo an exhaustive quality approval process.
Numerous companies that are leaders in their fields collaborate with the University on the development of these programmes, thereby allowing students to carry out internships within those companies.
Our programs have received numerous international awards and accreditations, as AMBA.
Our students have earned top positions in competitions such as the CFA of National and European Stock Market Analysis, Econometric Game, etc.
The programs are taught by professors who are specialized experts in the field and by top business professionals.
Upon completing the program, the degree is awarded by the Chancellor of Carlos III University of Madrid.
