Information

Nowadays, management has become a key issue due to the highly competitive scenario. On the one hand, Strategic Management allows businesses to analyze and evaluate their competitive environment and their own internal resources in order to select and implement the most suitable strategy for achieving a competitive advantage. On the other hand, human capital has turned into one of the most attractive assets for a company in terms of obtaining good results. Therefore, this program helps train students to meet real socio-economic demands, leading to benefits at both academic and business levels.

The PhD in Management (Strategic and Human Resources Management) is the third and last cycle of postgraduate studies. The program aims to train researchers so that they are able to make original contributions on business strategy or on the role of HR Management within organizations. For this reason, the last stage of the PhD consists of developing and defending an original research work in view of the PhD dissertation.
