Participate in our Welcome Event for International Exchange Students at the beginning of each semester.

You will be reciving much information about  UC3M administrative procedures, learning about UC3M facilities and services and have the opportunity to meet other international exchange students.

Attendance to this event is compulsory. If you are planning not to come, please send us an email at incoming@uc3m.es.

WELCOME EVENT - 12/13 FALL SEMESTER

If you are going to arrive at our university next Fall semester, you will have to attend our Welcome Event which be held at the Getafe Campus (no matter the campus where you will be studying in)

You will receive important practical information for your life as an UC3M student, meeting new students and register in UC3M courses.

Date: September 3rd 2012

Time: 9:00 am

Place: Aula Magna (Ground floor, Building number 8 "Rectorado", Getafe Campus)

How to get to the Getafe Campus  (The easiest and fastest way to arrive is by taking the train)

Program:

 9:00 to 11:00: Presentation of the main departments of the University

11:00 to 12:00: Guided tour around the Campus main facilities

12:15 to 13:30: Welcome cocktail

13:30 to 14:30: Submission of documents (UC3M student card, certificate of arrival...). Room 10.1.4
