The area of International Relations is headed by the Office of the Vice-Chancellor (VIRINT), with the International Relations Service responsible for carrying out the programmes and policies determined by the Office of the Vice-Chancellor.
Main duties:
- To encourage, organise and manage student and staff mobility programmes based on international agreements, such as the Erasmus programme.
- To provide information and advice to the university community regarding academic cooperation agreements with other universities.
- To provide information about European programmes directed at higher education.
- To manage international mobility programmes related to MAEC-AECID, Carolina Foundation, Ford Foundation, among others.
- To welcome and help settle in UC3M international staff and students.
- To distribute information of an international nature to the different Departments.
