The Economic History Seminars and Workshops at University Carlos III are jointly organized by the Department of Economic History and Institutions and the Laureano Figuerola Institute. Running since 1990, seminars are a forum for academic discussion open to international scholars working on any field of economic history. Speakers are allowed 45 minutes for presentation, whereas the rest of time is devoted to questions and discussion. All scholars and students interested in the seminar are invited to attend.
