Antonio Tena has been awarded the Figuerola 2011 awarded by the European Historical Economics Society for the best article published in the European Review of Economic History in the last two years.

Pilar Nogues Marco was awarded the Eugene Larruga for the best thesis in economic history read in the 2008-2010 period, given by the Spanish Association of Economic History.

Antonio Tena has been awarded the J. Earl Hamilton awarded by the Spanish Association of Economic History to the best economic history article published by its members in the most prestigious international journals with scientific recognition.
