Curriculum
|
Neus Palomeras is Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She holds a Ph.D in Management (2004) from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona.
Her research fields are Strategic Management and Economics of Organizations, analysed from the perspective of R&D management. Her empirical works analyze the role of research-intensive organizations in technology markets. In particular, her research has focused on technology licensing activities and the mobility of inventors. Currently, she studies determinants and consequences of the organization of researchers in teams at innovative firms as well as the mobility of inventors towards entrepreneurship.
She teaches Business Economics to undergraduate students, a course on Innovation & Entrepreneurship in the Master of Management and a course on Innovation Management in the PhD.
