Curriculum:

 

Esther is Assistant Professor of Management at the Department of Business Administration at Carlos III (Madrid). She holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Organization from University of Navarra and IESE (Pamplona, 1997). Before joining Carlos III she held positions at ESCI-UPF (Barcelona) and ICADE (Madrid).

Esther’s research is concerned with various issues arising at the intersection between philosophy and management. This has involved an interest in developments in the critical analysis of management and organization, and business ethics.

At Carlos III, Esther teaches the strategy MBA core course and an undergraduate course on organization theory.
