Welcome to my web page, I work as Assistant Professor in the Department of Business of Universidad Carlos III, where I teach several courses on Organizational Behavior and Business Economics.

My current area of research is the empirical study of Career Paths and Human Resources Policies. I am also interested in the relationship between Human Resources Practices and Innovation outcomes. More broadly, my research interests range from Business Economics to Applied Microeconometrics.
