Curriculum

Eduardo Melero is Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid since September 2005. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. degree in Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) and a B.A. degree in Economics from Universidad de Salamanca. He currently teaches Organizational Behavior and Business Economics at Universidad Carlos III and has previously taught Economics of Organizations and Human Resources Management at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and ESCP Europe

His research interest includes the empirical analysis of Human Resources Systems, Personnel Economics and Organizational Economics. Among his current research projects, there is a special relevance for topics such as the organization of teams of inventors and the role of workers' human capital in the innovation capabilities of organizations.
