Curriculum

Andrea Fosfuri is Professor of Management (on leave) of the Department of Business Administration at Carlos III (Madrid). He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from University Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona). Professor Fosfuri has been Research Affiliate of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), London, and has held visiting positions at Boston University, Carnegie Mellon University and Bocconi University.

Professor Fosfuri's research lies at the intersection between industrial organization, the economics of technical change and strategy. Along with Ashish Arora and Alfonso Gambardella, Professor Fosfuri is a co-author of Markets for Technology: Economics of Innovation and Corporate Strategy, published by MIT Press. Currently, he is an Associate Editor of Management Science (Strategy Division) and sits on the Editorial Board of the Academy of Management Review, and Strategic Management Journal.
