Bing Guo is an Assistant Professor of accounting in the Business Department at Carlos III University. She currently teaches introduction to accounting. 

She has a PhD in Economics from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), MSc in Economics from UAB and MSc in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics and a BSc in Finance from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. During her PhD she was a visiting researcher in the finance department at London Business School. 

Her areas of interest are Corporate Finance and Accounting, Organizational Economics, in particular on issues of Corporate Governance and Venture Capital Finance.
