The main objective of the Degree in Business Administration is to train individuals to enable them to set up their own businesses and carry out any function within business management or the management of public or private organisations. In order to achieve this goal, students who obtain a degree in Business Administration should be able to confront problems with scientific rigour, applying the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes within the area of study of Business Administration, while at the same time being aware that the practical application has consequences which affect society (the ethical dimension)
Based on this objective, the general profile of a graduate in Business Administration is someone with the capacities to:

  • Identify and carry out business initiatives
  • Manage and administer businesses and other public or private institutions
  • Integrate into any functional area of an organisation
  • Solve management problems
  • Carry out business consultancy

Students also have a sufficiently wide range of optional subjects which allow them to specialize in the following areas: 

  • Financial Accounting Management 
  • General Organisation Management 
  • Marketing Management

They may also take a methodological specialization which will enable them to pursue an academic career in the future.
