Notification of results: 29th June 2012 (deadline)
Deposit Payment:10 calendar days after the admission notification

B) Extraordinary Term

Application period: 20th September 2012 (deadline)
Notification of results:5th October 2012 (deadline)

Dos  You once had a UC3M user number, but you do not remember it, or you have already created your account.Estudiante UC3M

First Step

Look for your four digit password with your ID and your birth day, by clicking here. If you already know your password, go to the next step.

Second Step

Before entering the application, please consult the information guide (pdf)

Third Step

Once you have consulted the guide, you may access the application either in Spanish or English, by introducing your ID number and your four digit password.

Tres  If you have never had any liaison to Universidad Carlos III, and you do not have a user number

Second Step

Once you have registered yourself, you need to access the application in order to request your admission:
 

Information that needs to be submitted in any case

  • Certified copy of your degree certificate or receipt of the payment of the certificate (translated and legalized if needed).
  • In case you have not finished your studies, you have to enclose the “Statement of having finished the previous studies during 2010/2011.”.
  • Certified copy of your transcript (translated and legalized). This is not necessary for students whose previous studies have been at UC3M.
  • Curriculum vitae.
  • Scanned passport size photograph.
  • A copy of your ID or your Passport.
  • Motivation letter.
  • In case you have a degree from a non Spanish university: you need to submit a written statement from the relevant authority at your University, or written by you, that those studies allow in the country that issued the degree to access the postgraduate studies.
  • Two recommendation letters (these are compulsory for investigation Masters).
 

Place Reserve

Once you have been admitted, you must pay a deposit in the period specified in the “Key dates” section in this page.

Check out the guide support before entering the application  in order to pay a 300,00 € deposit. Deadline is May, 25th.

VERY IMPORTANT: All admitted students must pay this deposit to reserve a place in the master program. If you have a scholarship or you get it afterwards, appropriate adjustments will be done upon registration and you can request fee refund.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN GRANTED WITH A SCHOLARSHIP OFFERED BY THE DEPARTMENTS OF UNIVERSIDAD CARLOS III DE MADRID, YOU WILL BE EXEMPT FROM PAYING THIS DEPOSIT. IN THIS CASE, YOU MUST CONTACT WITH THE POSTGRADE OFFICE (adm-postgrado@uc3m.es) IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR PLACE WITHOUT ANY FEE.

VERY IMPORTANT: The amount paid as place reservation will ONLY be returned if the master program is cancelled. In this case, the student can choose between changing his/her place reservation for another master program or get the deposit refund.
